SHIPPING METHOD
We ship via Bpost for orders in Belgium. For orders to all other countries we will ship via DHL Express.
We currently only ship to countries within the European Union. We are working on making it possible to ship worldwide.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs for all orders within Belgium is 10 euros. Shipping costs for orders within the EU is 20 euros.
The customer is responsible for payment of any import duties and/or taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order. In case you refuse to pay taxes and your order is to be sent back to us, then your order will be cancelled with no refunds.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders will usually ship within 2 working days for products that are in stock and ready to be shipped.
Please take into consideration that custom orders require time to be made. Production time may vary depending on the specific product, this will be stated on the product page. We will notify you once we have started the production of your custom made order. Once the product has been shipped, we will send you the track & trace code of the carrier.
