RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We only accept returns or exchanges for for the following reasons:
- defect from manufacturing
- wrong item(s) was/were shipped to you
REFUNDS
We can only provide refunds for the following reasons:
- defect from manufacturing
- wrong item(s) was/were shipped to you
- lost packages from the courrier (contact the courrier serivce immediately in case your package is stuck or lost)
In case your package was not delivered due to incorrect shipping information, or you did not pick up your package from your pick-up location in time and it gets sent back to us, we can only refund you for certain items (excluding custom orders) without the shipping fees. Extra shipping fees will be charged to you in case you want us to reship your order.
